Medically Guided Solutions That Meet Your Health Where You Are

Medically guided weight-loss care that looks at the whole picture — metabolism, hormones, and lifestyle — not just the number on the scale. GLP-1, GIP, and metabolic support built around lab work and provider oversight.

Compounded Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) Oral

This oral formulation of compounded Tirzepatide is a dual-action GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist being prescribed for weight management support. It is delivered sublingually (under the tongue) via a liposomal design to support mucosal absorption.

Compounded Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) Injectable

Compounded Tirzepatide with Vitamin B12 is a dual-action GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist being prescribed for weight management support. By engaging two separate receptor pathways, it may support both appetite regulation and healthy blood sugar levels — an approach that differs from single-pathway GLP-1 medications.

Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) Injectable

Personalized compounded Semaglutide with Vitamin B12 is a GLP-1 receptor agonist being prescribed for weight management support. It is believed to work by influencing appetite signaling and gastric emptying, which may help support caloric reduction goals when combined with diet and lifestyle changes.

Lipo-C Injectable

Lipo-C is an injectable blend of Methionine, Inositol, Choline, and Vitamin B12 — nutrients that support fat metabolism and energy production pathways. It is often used alongside a comprehensive weight management program to support metabolic function and energy levels. Lipo-C is not a standalone weight loss solution. Results are individual and depend on diet, activity, and overall health status.

Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN)

Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is an off-label compounded formulation explored for its potential role in supporting immune balance and metabolic health. Some research suggests it may influence hormonal signaling related to appetite and insulin sensitivity. This is a compounded formulation and has not been FDA-approved for these uses. It is used off-label at low doses. Available by prescription only.

This oral testosterone option offers a needle-free, sublingual delivery method that mimics the body's natural circadian rhythm with twice-daily dosing for optimal absorption and bioavailability. Utilizing micronized bioidentical testosterone, it aims to preserve natural production by avoiding the suppression associated with long-acting injectables, while presenting a lower risk of side effects such as liver enzyme elevation, erythrocytosis, and testicular atrophy. The formulation features a portable, travel-friendly pump dispenser that requires no refrigeration and eliminates the need for injections, providing a discreet, alternative to traditional injectable therapies.

Yes, we are working with USA Compounding Pharmacy to make available to our clients safe, effective, and convenient dosing mechanisms. Some of our other Liposomals or Nano-emulsion include Sermorelin, PT-141, Tirzepatide, and we are working on adding more.

Injectable (tirzepatide):

  • Intramuscular injection,
  • Once weekly Works reliably; gold standard of evidence
  • Cost: $225–500/month depending on concentration
  • Needle discomfort for some; minor injection site reaction possible

Sublingual Nano-Emulsion (GLP-1/GIP [Tirzepatide]):

  • NEW option: GLP-1 peptide encapsulated in nano-emulsion
  • Place under tongue, hold 90 seconds; No needles
  • Dosed daily (once or twice daily) — every day, not weekly
  • Faster onset for some

Conversion from weekly injectable: Take your weekly dose, divide by 7 for daily dose, multiply by 2–5x Example: 10 mg semaglutide weekly = ~1.43 mg/day × 2 = ~3 mg sublingual starting (daily)

Injectable: If you like once-weekly convenience (inject Friday, done for the week)

Sublingual: If you hate needles + want to avoid injections, AND you’re willing to do daily dosing (morning ± mid-afternoon)

Depends on your metabolism, diet, sleep, and exercise.

General timeline:

Week 1–2: Appetite suppression starts; maybe minimal weight loss (water)

Week 2–4: Noticeable appetite reduction; small weight loss (1–3 lbs)

Week 4–8: Stronger effect; steady weight loss (0.5–1 lb/week typical)

Week 8–12: By this point, you’re eating significantly less; weight loss accelerates if you’re in a calorie deficit

Faster loss if: You combine it with exercise + protein intake (preserves muscle). You cut processed foods + alcohol (amplifies effect). You sleep well + manage stress (supports metabolism).

Slower loss if: You don’t adjust diet (GLP-1 suppresses appetite, but if you’re still eating calorie-dense foods, loss is slower). You have underlying insulin resistance or metabolic issues (we address these separately). You have low physical activity (exercise + GLP-1 together is powerful)
